Section 3 - 2 - 3 p.m., Tues. & Thurs
This course will begin with basic fundamentals as taught by Joseph Pilates and progress over the 16 class course into controlled and full movement exercise. Strengthens & Tones Muscles, Improves Posture, Provides Flexibility and Balance, Unites Body and Mind, Creates a Streamlined Shape.
