BodyWorks Small Group Classes

8 weeks/16 sessions

Section 1 - 10 - 11 a.m., Tues. & Thurs
Section 2 - 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., Tues. & Thurs

This is diverse strength training class is excellent for total body conditioning and toning.  Balance, agility, coordination, flexibility is added creatively A FUN and RESULTS Oriented workout!


Golden Oldies

6 weeks/12 sessions

Designed for those over 55. Tone muscles and improve bone density with resistance training while improving core strength, flexibility and balance.


Pilates Mat

8 weeks/16 sessions

Section 3 - 2 - 3 p.m., Tues. & Thurs

This course will begin with basic fundamentals as taught by Joseph Pilates and progress over the 16 class course into controlled and full movement exercise. Strengthens & Tones Muscles, Improves Posture, Provides Flexibility and Balance, Unites Body and Mind, Creates a Streamlined Shape.
