Injury Rehab
The Post Rehab specialists at UFIT can design a program for you whether you have just finished with a physical therapists or need to restart or keep going on a program. We have experience with all types of rehabilitation needs from hip replacements, shoulder injuries, cervical, low back, knees, feet, or where ever the injury may be.
Older Adults
Senior Fitness programs are designed to improve your balance, coordination,strength and overall health. We have 30 minute to one hour programs depending upon the individuals fitness level and capabilities.
Nutritional Counseling/Weight Loss/Weight Gain
Nutritional consultations and diet analysis are important to get “UFIT” and reduce the health risks associated with poor diet. We will provide you with a computerized evaluation of your current dietary habits, and recommendations to help you reach your desired goals. Your body composition will be assessed to get a baseline of your lean body mass and body fat ratio. The right balance of foods for safe and effective weight loss/gain is imperative in getting the results you want!
Fitness Testing
We will assess and analyze your strengths and weaknesses by testing your cardiovascular function, flexibility, muscular strength & endurance, body composition, and posture. Complete with a printed report of the results.
