Rhonda MacFadzen

Rhonda MacFadzen has over 14 years in the fitness industry as a club manager,  Post Rehabilitation Conditioning specialist , American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and  Massage Therapist.

Rhonda’s own past personal battles with obesity, smoking, overall health and well being issues have given her insight into the daily struggles of weight loss and dealing with injuries.

“My desire is to help others find their own personal achievements and live an overall improved quality of life by giving them the correct tools to succeed. I believe that physical fitness is more than a weight loss tool, it is the required maintenance of your body that allows you to live a fuller life. Whether it is playing ball with the kids in the yard, or being able to stroll along your favorite path, or riding a bike in the neighborhood , a weekly regimen of exercises and good nutrition will enable you to participate in the activities you enjoy most.

My personal favorite activities include hiking the spectacular mountains of southern Utah, fishing the cool mountain lakes and hunting the vast wilderness of Utah. As an avid outdoor sportswoman I realize the importance of good cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance that is needed to be able to participate in those activities that I love.”

Succeed one day at a time, and you will have success for a lifetime.

Kristie Olsen

Kristie Olsen, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, has joined UFIT Personal Training.  She began her career in fitness in 1986 with group training and moved into one-to-one training in 1989.  Helping people achieve their fitness goals has become a big part of her life and something she enjoys doing.
“As a Personal Trainer, I have the opportunity to get to know the person and give them the individual attention they deserve and need to meet and exceed their fitness goals.  My experience is varied in fitness, such as weight training, spinning, yoga, pilates, and group aerobics.  I want exercise to be fun and educational for the client.”

I believe in using a blend of all components of fitness such as cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility.  I specialize in general conditioning, weight loss, and special programming through yoga, as well as senior training.

Dr. Jerry Howard

Jerry Dr. Jerry Howard moved to St. George to take advantage of the weather and spend more time on outdoor recreational pursuits. As he became more involved in running, biking, rock climbing and other activities, he began to train harder as well, and eventually this led to him also becoming a certified personal trainer about six years ago. As a practicing chiropractor for nearly 20 years, he had been advising patients for years on their athletic endeavors, and it seemed a natural extension to begin doing this as well.

Jerry enjoys training all types of people and especially enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals, whatever they might be. An avid rock and ice climber, water skiier, and six-time marathon finisher, he has a good idea of what it takes, to take your fitness to the next level.
