C.O.R.E. Instructor Level TWO

This hands-0n workshop includes an in-depth analysis of the more challenging Resist-A-Ball® strength exercises along with a variety of stretches to complement these exercises. Participants will experience how the Resist-A-Ball® becomes a unique, portable and dynamic bench with added free weights, learning how to replace traditional exercises with new motor learning strength challenges. Risist-A-Ball® Level ONE or experience in stability training is recommended as a prerequisite to this workshop.

Peak Athletic Conditioning with Resist-A-Ball

Looking to enhance your game? Whether you are training the weekend warrior or elite athletes the ultimate goal is peak performance. This workshop will take you through 6 different training blocks of specific exercises designed by Resist-A-Ball creator Mike Morris. Take your training to the next level of connecting strength, balance, & flexibility for optimal performance.

Rhythmic Strength & Stretch with Resist-A-Ball

The dynamic nature of the ball encourages fluidity, and rhythm in active stretching that results in muscle balance, stress reduction and relaxation. Experience the positions that are unique to the ball and achieve improved flexibility and neuromuscular motor learning. Slow, controlled movements that heighten postural awareness, spinal stabilization and trunk strengthening are emphasized in this session.

This workshop is designed to teach participants the general guidelines in understanding the benefits of stability ball training along with a hands-on practical instruction. No prior experience is necessary to attend the workshop. This course is recommended as a prerequisite for all other Resist-A-Ball® training.
